Pasquale “Pat” Mariniello was one of two prominent Veronans who died in February. Mariniello, who was 74, had been a member of the Verona Fifth Downers and UNICO, and a supporter of Verona Park.
Retired police officer Frank Schumell also passed away. The avid outdoorsman was 71.
