The February 14 Board of Adjustment hearing marked the beginning of the end of a proposed mixed-use development at 176 and 200 Bloomfield Avenue. A planner representing opponents to the project asserted that the project was larger than represented and needed more parking spaces. In March, the BOA would decide that the project did not qualify for a key variance. No word yet on next steps.
