Here’s just the thing to lift you out of the post-groundhog doldrums: A wine-tasting event at Miele’s Restaurant, complete with music.

On Monday, February 8, local band Joey Arminio & “The Family” will be paired with a tasting of equally lively wines from California’s Ravenswood Winery at Miele’s. There will be appetizers, outstanding Zinfandel and, of course, music, drawn from “The Family’s” multi-generational repertoire.  And all for just $20 per person. The fun starts at 7 p.m.

You’ll need to purchase your tickets in advance, which you can do by calling Miele’s at (973) 239-3363 or by sending an e-mail to Doreen Brusca Arminio. Miele’s is located at 125 Bloomfield Avenue, near the big Mount Prospect/Pompton Avenue intersection.[mappress]
