Both of this weekend’s new Verona real estate listings are located within the town’s Laning Elementary School district, but they couldn’t be more different. One is a two-family home and the other is a condo in a building with amenities that include a pool, tennis courts and valet parking. There’s a two-day open house for the former but not the latter. The bylaws of the Claridge condominium towers don’t allow for open houses, so you’ll need to contact a real estate agent to see any listed apartment there.
