The Friends of the Verona Public Library will hold its annual book sale fundraiser from November 30 through December 3 at the Verona Public Library. Choose from over 5,000 adult, teen and children’s books from your favorite authors, including historical fiction, mystery, best sellers, biographies.
Please bring your own bags.
Proceeds from the sale go to support the Library. All teachers with ID receive a $3 bag rate from Friday through Sunday.
The Friends’ Member Preview Night is Thursday, November 30, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The sale opens to the general public on Friday, December 1, from noon to 4:30 p.m. and on Saturday, December 2, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The sale wraps up with the $5 bag day on Sunday, December 3, from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The Friends of the Verona Public Library is a nonprofit that supports children’s, teen and adult programs at the Library, and supplements its book and technology budgets. The Friends fund the library’s Museum Pass program, which makes admission to local museums free to Verona residents.
Membership dues range from $25 to $200 and they are tax deductible. Details on joining here.
