Verona will once again hold its Independence Day fireworks display ahead of the actual day. This year’s fireworks are scheduled for Friday, July 1. The rain date, if needed, is Tuesday, July 5.
The fireworks will be held on the grass field at the Verona Community Center. The event begins at 7 p.m. with a DJ and music on Liberty Field off White Rock Road, and the fireworks will start about 9:20 p.m.
Parking will be limited at the VCC, so walk up if you can.
