Freshman Parents Night Out Planned

sportsThe Verona High School Sports Boosters are holding a night out on Thursday, September 14 for parents of high school freshmen, whether they are currently involved in sports or not.

The Boosters say the evening will be an opportunity to connect with parents of JV and varsity athletes.

The event will take place at the Ringside Pub, 379 Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell, from 7 to 9 p.m. and the cost is $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Light refreshments will be served, but beverages are not included. Sports and Verona spirit apparel will be available to purchase.

To attend, make out a check to “Verona Sports Boosters” and get it to Nancy Leonard, 104 Park Avenue, by September 10.
