Verona resident Jim McGregor is a member of the Montclair Bird Club, and he’s let us know that it will host its first Ruth Webster Lecture on Wedensday, May 14, at 7:30 p.m.
Kevin Karlson will present a visual and musical program based on his book, Visions: Earth’s Elements in Bird and Nature Photography. Karlson is an accomplished birder, professional tour leader and wildlife photographer. He is the author of many birding magazine articles and several books on birding and natural history.
The Montclair Bird Club event will be held at Union Congregational Church, 176 Cooper Ave., Upper Montclair. Admission is free.
