Verona Business Award
Miele’s Restaurant

MIELESHaving opened in 1954, Miele’s has the distinction of being a landmark, and one of the very oldest and continuously operated businesses in Verona. Originally a pizza and pasta house, it was the ‘go to’ place to gather after the game, for a date, or family dinner for the residents of Verona, as well as many other surrounding towns. It has been owned by the Amadeo family since 1974. While they no longer make pizzas, Miele’s continues to welcome residents, both new and old.

According to Steven Amadeo, one of the most rewarding things about Miele’s is having people return to town for a visit after several years, and put Miele’s at the top of their ‘must visit’ list.

Miele’s happily participates in, sponsors and supports many and varied activities and organization around Verona such as the Verona Municipal Alliance’s Family Night, Concerts in the Square, Verona UNICO, the Verona Chamber of Commerce as well as a variety of other school and town activities. Its longevity is testimony to the dedication to quality and service that Miele’s has provided our community for these past sixty years.
