Attention all you college kids still home on break: Rutgers University is hosting the New Jersey Collegiate Career Day tomorrow, Thursday, January 3, in New Brunswick.
More than 150 public and private sector employers from a wide range of industries are expected to be there from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The fair is open to recent and soon-to-be college graduates seeking internships and full-time jobs. Job seekers are encouraged to wear business attire and to bring multiple copies of their résumés for employers.
The fair will be held in the Rutgers Student Center, 126 College Avenue, and Brower Commons, 145 College Avenue. If you are driving, parking will be available at the Scarlet Parking Lot West near Rutgers High Point Solutions football stadium in Piscataway. Free shuttle buses will run continuously between the parking areas and the career fair from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. You can also take the train to New Brunswick from Newark Penn Station.
