Obituaries: Beverly B. Richmond

Mrs. Beverly B. Richmond, 74, died on Monday, January 10, 2011 at her home in Verona. Services are private.

Born in Jersey City, Beverly grew up in Upper Montclair and attended Upsala College. She moved to Verona 51 years ago and was also a resident of Quonochontaug, Rhode Island.

Beverly worked as a substitute secretary for the Verona School system, was a member of the 200 Club of Montclair and served on the board of the Quonochontaug Tennis Club.

She is survived by her husband, Winslow T. Richmond, Jr., her son, Charles R. Richmond and his wife Judith, her daughter, Lynn C. Stockwell and her husband Bert, her sister Janey B. Rosenberg, her niece Tracy Rosenberg and her grandchildren Lindsay M. Richmond, Ashley L. Stockwell and Mark E. Richmond.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Verona Rescue Squad, the American Heart Association or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
