Miss Katherine M. Brewster died on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 in Montclair.

Services will be held in the First Presbyterian Church at Caldwell, Roseland Avenue at Bloomfield Avenue, Caldwell on Saturday November 13 at 10:30 a.m. Visiting in the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday 4 to 7 p.m. Interment will be at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover.

Born in Irvington, Miss Brewster moved to Verona 60 years ago. She was the president of William H. Brewster, Jr., Inc., a family owned firm founded by her father 91 years ago that specializes in the manufacture of precision shims and washers.

She is survived by Salvatore Freda and his family.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Memorial Fund of the First Presbyterian Church at Caldwell would be appreciated.
