The students at Laning Avenue elementary school marked Martin Luther King Jr. Day with one of the school’s signature Red White And Blue Day assemblies on Friday, January 14. They sang songs and talked about the Rev. Dr. King’s life and accomplishments. Some fourth grade students, pictured above, performed a rap song about the civil rights leader.
