Verona Police Department Seeks Crossing Guards

The Verona Police Department has put out a call for more crossing guards to help students get to school safely. These are full- and part-time positions, and the pay range is $24 to $28 an hour.

Applicants for the position must be a citizen and a New Jersey resident; be of good health and in good physical condition, including sight, hearing, and ability to move quickly to avoid danger; and be of good moral character.
