There are three new listings in Verona real estate this weekend. Sort of, not really. The three properties have all been put up on listing sites as “coming.” What this means is that the home can’t be shown or purchased until the date specified in the listing. You can call the listing agent for more information, but you can’t get inside. Some of the listings don’t even have a lot of interior photos.
So why are we noting an open house for one of the three “coming” listings? Because it will happen on Thursday, and this column won’t publish again until next Saturday.
