Like Our Lady of the Lake Church, Our Lady of the Lake School is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and fundraising for its future.

On March 22, the school kicked off a 100-day challenge to raise $35,000 for a new playground and a STEM lab. The fundraising push will culminate on June 7 from 4 to 8 p.m. with the school’s fourth annual Lake Madness event. Billed as a “fun run festival,” Lake Madness will include inflatables, games, music, food trucks, a 50/50 raffle, silent auction and more. Each grade from preschool to eighth grade will walk or run for 10 laps, so that by the end, students will have completed 100 laps for 100 years.

Entrance to Lake Madness is free, but you will need to buy a wristband to enjoy all the games and inflatables. The $20 wristbands are on sale now through May 31. If you miss getting a wristband, you’ll have to buy individual activity tickets at the event.

There are more details on Lake Madness here.
