This is the charity started by Brett D’Alessandro, a 2010 graduate of VHS who also served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Garcia is looking for donations of toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, wipes, soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Chapstick, first aid kits, tissues, body powder, and deodorant, as well as hand warmers, socks, gloves, hats, ponchos, notebooks, pens, street balls, and reusable water bottles.

Beginning April 1 and continuing for the whole month, interested community members can drop off items in the VHS lobby or in the bin on the front porch of the Garcia’s home at 105 Cumberland Avenue, which is at the corner of Cumberland and Linden,
