7Eleven-LotteryTicketSomebody in Verona is a whole lot richer today.

The 7-Eleven at 287 Bloomfield Avenue sold a $1 million Powerball ticket and we’ve been told that the winner is local. The numbers picked in Saturday’s drawing were 14, 22, 23, 41 and 61, and the Powereball was 9.

If the winning ticket wasn’t yours, you have some consolation: The $1 million was just second prize. The big jackpot is now $184 million and the next drawing is Wednesday, April 13.
