MyVeronaNJ-Dog-Walk-BarnabusVerona Town Hall will be open tonight, Monday, January 25, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. for dog licensing.

If you have a dog that is at least seven months old, or which has its permanent teeth, you’ve got to get it licensed every year in January.

The fee for licensing is $10 for a dog that has been spayed or neutered, or $13 if it has not been. Payment by cash or check only; no credit cards accepted. You do not need to bring your dogs with you, but you do need to have proof of rabies vaccination.

Once you have paid, you will get a metal tag that needs to be attached to the dog’s collar.
