When the new administration at Verona High School reiterated the school’s long-standing policy on tardiness, many parents wondered what the fuss was about. They soon discovered a staggering problem of late arrivals.

What else was going on? A former middle school teacher passed away, a resident was arrested for sexual assault and one of the new townhouses on Durrell Street was put back on the market.
