Emma Colette Wozny, Class Of 2011
Emma Wozny had been part of the music program at Verona High School, and seemed to be enjoying her studies at Syracuse University, where the sophomore was also a staff writer at its newspaper, the Daily Orange. She died during a visit home in September, perhaps from an eating disorder that she was working to overcome. Her parents wrote a heart-felt letter to our readers about her passing.
