24 Cliff Street

No open houses this weekend, but six new listings and some price cuts to pass on.

The new listings include four condos and two single family houses. The condos are at 54 Park Avenue, Claridge I apartment 116 , a Claridge II penthouse and a large 9th floor Claridge II apartment.

The house, located at 24 Cliff Street in the Laning district, has three bedrooms, 1 bath and a detached two-car garage. The second, on the Brookdale side of town at 23 Birdseye Glen, has three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths.

And while some listings are moving very fast–15 Wilton Terrace had three offers at its first open house–some properties still need price cuts to help them move. Five listings have lowered their prices in the last week, including 12 Roberts Court (down $30,000 to $659,000), Claridge II apartment 6HW (down $24,000 to $475,000), 99 Morningside Road (down $16,000 to $399,000), 36 Westview Road (down $15,100 to $399,900) and Claridge II apartment 7AE (down $5,000 to $255,000)
