Four big new listings in Verona real estate this weekend. Three are single-family homes with four or five bedrooms, and one of them has an in-law suite. The other is a condo with high east and west views. What you won’t find this weekend are any price reductions. Even at the high end, the Verona real estate market is holding firm.
And a word about the settlement of the commissions suit against the National Association of Realtors. It might not have the impact in Verona that it could have elsewhere in the country. While the settlement ends the 6% commission on home sales, real estate contracts in New Jersey have long been negotiable. And with demand still far higher than supply in our area, prices are unlikely to drop just because commission structures might change.
Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each.
