The second annual Inclusive Schools Week, sponsored by Verona C.H.I.L.D. and the Verona Public School District, will be the week of January 22. As part of this celebration, Verona C.H.I.L.D. is having a poster contest for students in Verona schools. Students should create a poster that shows inclusivity, kindness, or belonging. There will be a $50 prize for each winner, and one winner per school. All winning posters will be displayed in the Verona Public Library.
Requirements:
- Posters should be 11 x 14 inches
- Write your name, school, and grade on the back of your poster
- Place your poster in the school’s collection box on or before February 1
C.H.I.L.D. is a non-profit organization made up of caregivers dedicated to providing support for children who are classified under IDEA, Section 504, or facing a learning challenge.
