Next Thursday, October 12, the Verona Public Library Foundation will hold its “100 Years of Carnegie” fundraiser. There are still some tickets available, and the foundation has unveiled the items for the event’s silent auction.

The items include the works of local artists, as well as celebrity memorabilia and luxury experiences.

The Verona Public Library Foundation was created last December. Set up as a 501(c)3 nonprofit, it can raise larger donations from sources that the Friends of the Verona Public Library can’t tap, such as estate donations.
