James L. Cassidy, a charismatic resident of Verona, passed away on May 15, 2023.

Born on October 1, 1937, James lived a fulfilling life characterized by his supportive nature and dedication to any person needing help. James was a retired sales professional and had the pleasure of working with various clients throughout his career, leaving a lasting impression on those he encountered.

James is survived by his loving companion, Michelina Zammito; his children: Jimmy Cassidy, Eric Cassidy and Andrea Wolff (Charles) and his grandchildren, Nicholas Wolff, Natalie Wolff and Joseph Wolff. He is also survived by Michelina Zammito’s children, Joseph and Nancy, his daughter-in-law, Michelle and three loving grandchildren, Alysha, Angelina and Gabriella- he will always have a special place in their hearts.

He was predeceased by his brother, Joseph Cassidy.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Lake Church, located at 22 Lakeside Avenue, Verona. Following the Mass, entombment will take place in Holy Cross Mausoleum, 340 Ridge Road, North Arlington.
