WINGS (Women Inspiring Nurturing Giving Strength & Support), the Verona-based cancer-support group, will hold its September meeting via Zoom. The program will be “Virtual Singing Bowl,” facilitated by Sandy Moreta.
Sound therapy helps us shift away from vibrational frequencies of stress, anger, fear and negativity. The vibration of Himalayan Singing Bowls help to tune us at the cellular level, creating harmony that radiates through our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers. Benefits can include deep relaxation, stress reduction, lower blood pressure, improved concentration, increased creativity and heightened intuition.

Wings has been operating via Zoom this past year because of the pandemic, and will continue to do so thru December.
In 2022, the group expects to resume its in-person meetings at the Verona Community Center. Wings is also planning for its “10+2 years Strong” Gala that will take place in March at Ravellos.
