Real Estate: 4 New Listings, 3 Open Houses, 1 Price Change

After a super-strong 2020, the Verona real estate market shows no signs of slowing down in 2021. There are three new listings this weekend, all but one of which are single-family homes on fairly large yards. There are also three open houses between Saturday and Sunday (COVID protocols still apply) and one listing with a lower price in one of the Claridge condominium towers.

Here’s what’s happening, from lowest priced to highest in each category:

NEW LISTINGS
80 Cumberland Avenue: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Front porch, walk-up attic. $420,000. Open house Saturday and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m. both days.

4 Mount Vernon Square: 2 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Attached townhouse. $429,900.

15 Mountainview Road: 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Open floor plan, finished basement. $550,000. Open house Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

15 Morningside Road: 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths. Updated kitchen, vaulted ceiling in main bedroom. $640,000. Open house Sunday, noon to 3 p.m.

OPEN HOUSES

PRICE CHANGES
1 Claridge Drive #607: 2 bed, 2 bath condo in full-service high-rise building. Corner unit. Price cut another $20,000 to $275,000.
