Thursday’s food choices include Naked Burrito bowls from The Fruited Plain

Wouldn’t it be nice to go out to dinner and see a show?

While that may not be possible this year, the Verona High School Spotlight Players have a safe and fun alternative. They have gotten three locally owned businesses to offer dinner menus to go with their show, the “The War of the Worlds,” which will run December 10, 11 and 12. Prices vary with the menu options, but you place all orders through one form created by the Players. All of the food will be available for pickup in Verona.

For meals on Thursday night, The Fruited Plain is making its signature Hawaiian poke bowls, vegan Buddha bowls, noodle bowls and its Naked Burrito bowls.

Friday’s food choices come from the Kilkenny Alehouse. You can order mac and cheese, Buffalo chicken wings, or a grilled chicken Caesar salad.

For Saturday there is Valentine’s Special Event Services, which is offering either a vegetarian chili or a beef chili.

To order for any night from any of the businesses, simply fill out this form and pay for your meals by December 7. (Pick -up location and costs can be found on the form.)

Then on Thursday, Friday or Saturday night you can sit back with a delicious meal before enjoying the show. Tickets will be only $5 and the link to purchase and listen will be coming soon.
