Falling For Verona Real Estate

early-fallOnce again this almost fall weekend, Verona real estate is an open house story. Yes, there are three new listings and two homes with price adjustments. But just like last weekend, the bulk of the activity is focused on open houses: There are eight listings to tour on Sunday.

We also need to put to rest a rumor about last weekend’s listings: Yes the superintendent’s house is for sale. No, he is not moving out of Verona. OK?

Here’s what’s happening in each category, from lowest priced to highest:
