Real Estate For September 28-29: Price Changes

ScissorTalk to any real estate agent these days, and they’ll tell you a tale of a house that got multiple offers within hours of listing and went to contract over the asking price. In many, many ways, the Verona real estate market has improved substantially since the depths of the recession.

But some houses are still not finding buyers at their first asking price, or, in some cases, at their first price correction. There are three Verona houses with lower prices this weekend, and two are on their second adjustment since they first came on the market. Is the price right now? That’s for their buyers to decide.

There are also six new listings and five open houses.
