The Essex County Parks Department will hold a free screening of the movie “Monster House” at Kip’s Castle on Friday, October 14. UPDATE: Because of the rain, the county has rescheduled the movie night for Friday, October 21.

“Monster House” is rated PG and will be shown outdoors on a large screen on the castle lawn. In the movie, three teens discover that their neighbor’s house is really a living, breathing, scary monster but no adults will believe them.
