1 Old Farm Road is having an open house Sunday

There are two new listings in Verona for the weekend of September 17 and 18, three-bedroom homes on opposite sides of down with different features that might speak to potential buyers. 82 Franklin Street has two bathrooms and a new roof, and sits on a dead-end street. It’s priced at $359,500 and you can see it in an open house on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. 23 Birdseye Glen is a center hall colonial that backs up to the Montclair golf course. It’s joined the residential real estate market in Verona at $489,000, Here’s the rest of what’s happening this weekend in Verona real estate, beginning with the open houses. As always, we go from lowest priced to highest, but even the highest priced house in Verona has had a price cut.
