Obituaries: Agnes E. Ronkowitz

Mrs. Agnes E. Ronkowitz, 92, died on Thursday, September 1, 2011 in Livingston. A funeral mass will be offered in Our Lady of the Lake Church, Verona on Saturday, September 3 at 10AM. Visiting in the Prout Funeral Home, 370 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona on Friday 4 to 7 p.m.

Born in Bethlehem, Penn., Mrs. Ronkowitz lived in Newark and Irvington prior to moving to Verona 25 years ago.

She was a Eucharistic Minister for Our Lady of the Lake Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.

Mrs. Ronkowitz is the wife of the late Charles Ronkowitz, the mother of Kenneth C. Ronkowitz and Karen Ronkowitz and the grandmother of Justin and Drew. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law, Lynnette.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Endowment Trust of Our Lady of the Lake Church would be appreciated.
