The ladies of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish softball team batted their way to an 8-1 regular season record and earned a lovely trophy that says 2011 Verona/Cedar Grove Major League Softball Season Champions.
The team, which was sponsored by Eight Hills Caterers, includes (front row) Nicolette Marino, Alexandra DeVivo, Molly Ligon, Zoie Petronza, Renata Primmer and (back row) Allison Naeris, Kate Ryan, Kate Stanisci, Isabella Williams, and Caitlyn Klose, along with Manager Ann Marie Ryan.
