The 2011 Senior Sports Awards Banquet is Tuesday, June 7 and you’ve still got time to get a ticket. The dinner, which will be held at The Villa at Mountain Lakes at 7 p.m., is a way to honor Verona’s senior athletes and recap the highlights of the 2011 season.
This year’s speaker will be Alvin “Ace” Bowen, a linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Ticket price is $30 for athletes and $45 for adults for a parent or guardian.
