Further proof that it might actually be September and not May: The Verona Eagles have scheduled registration for football and cheerleading for the fall 2011 season.
Prospective football players now in 1st through 7th grades and cheerleaders now in 2nd through 7th grades can go to the Verona Community Center on Thursday, June 2, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. or Saturday, June 4, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. You can download the registration form from the Verona Eagles Web site.
