Verona’s a DIY town and Thursday night, Verona music teachers are doing something themselves to make improvements to the music program: They are putting on a fund raising concert.

The teachers–Max Morden, Erik Lynch, Dan Halpern, Judy Szybist, Amanda Hamilton and Brian Michalowski–will be joining music teacher-turned-HBW Vice Principal Howard Freund in showcase of their talents. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. in the Verona High School auditorium. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door, and you can buy them today or tomorrow from any music faculty member.

The proceeds from the concert will be used in the VHS auditorium for new lights, a new piano, choral risers, and jazz band staging, among other things.
