Open Houses For April 10

Last week was the big realtor weekend for open houses, but there are almost as many going on today. There are eight scheduled viewings, including one at the Claridge House, which traditionally has not allowed open houses at all.

There’s a mix of condos and single family homes to see,  and you can preview them here from lowest-priced to highest:

1 Wedgewood Drive, #105: Newly listed 1 bed, 1 bath condo, second-floor end unit. $194,900. Open 2 to 4 p.m.

2 Claridge Drive:  1 bed, 1 1/2 baths, recently renovated. $299,888. Open 1 to 5 p.m.

154 Franklin Street: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths, updated throughout. $345,000. Open 1 to 4 p.m.

76 Cumberland: 3 beds, 2 baths, just renovated top to bottom. $359,000.  Open 2 to 4 p.m.

7 Louisburg Square:  2 bed, 2 1/2 bath townhome. Renovated baths. $375,000. Open 2 to 4 p.m.

11 Morningside Road: 3 beds, two baths near Verona Park crossing. $389,900. Open 2 to 4 p.m.

13 Franklin Street: Newly listed 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths, remodeled eat-in kitchen. $418,000. Open 1 to 4 p.m.

99 Morningside Road: 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths. Finished basement. $429,000. Open  2 to 4 p.m.

53 Linden Avenue: 3 beds, 2 baths and one of the deepest yards in Verona. $448,000. Open 1 to 4 p.m.

55 Grove Avenue: 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths in main house, plus carriage house. $549,000. Open noon to 4 p.m.

107 Hillside Avenue: 3 beds, two baths and a recent $50,000 price cut. Now $589,000, and open 1 to 5 p.m.
