Do you have the heart and skills to tackle a fixer-upper? There’s a new listing at 83 Park Avenue.

Looking for something that’s move-in ready? Try this cape, priced at $389,000. Or this new listing at 169 Forest Avenue, priced at $438,000. Or this one at 12 Randolph Place, just steps from Verona Park. It’s priced at $489,000.

Looking for a price cut? The sellers at 40 Birdseye Glen took $25,000 off their asking price this past week, taking it down to $500,000. At 15 Franklin Avenue, the asking price is now $9,000 lower at $399,000. And the one-bed, one-bath condo at 365 Bloomfield Avenue is now $10,000 less at $189,000. There’s an open house there on Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.

The only other open house this weekend is at 64 Fairview Avenue, a four-bed two-and-a-half-bath house that is listed at $619,900. You can tour it on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.

And finally, if you need to house a whole bunch of people, the apartment building at 14 Montrose Avenue is for sale at $2.1 million.
