The Verona Eagles D team football players–all second graders– went to Rockaway this past Saturday to play in the Rockaway Bowl Game. Verona won the game 19-14 in the final minute. All players received metals and the head coach, Mark Riggio, got the Rockaway Bowl Trophy. Congratulations one and all!
