Nancy Zerin is one of the newest workers at Hobcaw Cafe. She’s also a Forest Avenue school mom, and she’s brought the two sides of her life together in a new school fundraiser.

From now through November 15, you can order a Thanksgiving pie at Hobcaw and $2 of the purchase price will be donated to the elementary school. Hobcaw is offering pumpkin, apple, pecan, chocolate pecan, cranberry apple and chocolate fudge pies, priced at $12 to $15. You can also order mini-loaves of a variety of quick breads: pumpkin, cranberry orange and applesauce. The price for the mini-loaves is 6 for $12.

You can pick up an order form at Hobcaw, 20 Grove Avenue, or contact Forest Avenue SCA member Liz Primavera at 973-747-6757.
