The weather may be hot and sticky, but if you have a child who wants to be involved in football or cheerleading in the fall, you’ve got to get them signed up this week.

The Verona Eagles 2010 Football and Cheerleading registration will be held on Thursday, June 3, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, June 5, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Verona Community Center.

The football program is open to current first graders (kids going into 2nd grade in September) to current 7th graders. Cheerleading is for current second graders (going into third grade in September) to current 7th graders.

All the information about fees, as well as registration, medical and code of ethics forms are available on the Verona Eagles Web site.
