Michelle DeWitt, the director of activities at Hillwood Terrace, Verona’s senior housing complex, is looking for volunteer entertainers from the town’s younger residents.

DeWitt would like to organize an inter-generational karaoke night at Hillwood featuring Verona High School students. Her plan is to hold the event once a month from 7 to 8 p.m. on a Thursday night in June, July and August. DeWitt says she has “hundreds of karaoke cds” with music past and present, and a giant flat-screen TV.

If you want to be a Hillwood headliner, e-mail DeWitt at [email protected] or call her at 973-634-7471.
