Maybe you haven’t thought about woodworking since junior high. Maybe going to a meeting of the New Jersey Woodturners can get you going again.

The New Jersey Woodturners Association meets on the fourth Monday of the month at the Essex County Environmental Center’s Garibaldi Hall in Roseland, which means the next meeting is this Monday, April 26, 7 p.m. Topics vary month to month; this Monday’s class is what the group calls a “Turnathon” that covers 6 basic skills.

The cost is $8 per adult and free for NJWA members. [mappress]
