They’re fresh from their gig at Cecil’s and they are ready to blow again.

Next Tuesday, April 13, Verona High School’s jazz band–Verona Jazz & Beyond–will be throwing a free concert in the auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Whether you’ve got a budding musician who needs inspiration or you just want an easy night out, Jazz Night is your ticket.

The band is promising music from blues to swing and songs by the Beatles, Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson and more, all rendered by its talented musicians and vocalists. We’ve heard that the MJ song has something in common with one of the words in this story’s headline.

And the tickets are free.
