With rain in the forecast for Saturday–again–the Woman’s Club of Verona has postponed its Town-Wide Garage Sale to Sunday, October 22.
To help you plan your stops on Sunday, the club has posted a list to all the sale locations on its website. You can pick up a printed copy in the teachers parking lot opposite F.N. Brown Elementary School, 125 Grove Avenue. The sale runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Each household listed paid $25 to the club. Proceeds from those fees help fund the club’s community service scholarships, which are open to all young men and women graduating from high school in 2023, who reside in Verona and who actively participated in service to the community, house of worship, or non-profit charitable organization.
