The Brookdale Avenue SCA is sponsoring, along with the League of Women Voters of the Montclair Area (LWVM), a Board of Education Candidates Forum on Thursday, October 19, at 7 p.m. in the Verona High School Learning Commons.

The public can submit questions for the candidates, but only through this form.

The organizers say that a committee of parents that are closely involved in the Verona Public School communities will be vetting the questions submitted, in conjunction with the assigned moderator from the LWVM.

This event will be live-streamed; link to follow closer to the date of the event.

Please submit questions for the candidates by Sunday, October 15 at midnight.

There are two candidates running for a single open seat this year: Mike Boone and Dominic Ferry. MyVeronaNJ.com recently interviewed both candidates, asking four common questions and four questions specific to their campaign. You can read those interviews here.
