Verona High School Graduation 2022

Verona High School held its 122nd commencement on Thursday, June 23, graduating 172 members of the Class of 2022.

Biology teacher Casey Harris gave the faculty speech, telling students that they must help the world to achieve the change they want to see in it, and how a helping community saved him from death when he had a heart attack on Valentine’s Day.

The class valedictorian was James McHugh and the salutatorian was Annalie Ying. They addressed the class and guests on Sellitto Field, along with Senior Class President Marykate Dougherty and Student Council President Sean Buoye.
