There are six new listings in Verona real estate this weekend, but almost as many homes with lower prices, which is something that we haven’t seen in a very long time. It’s too early to say whether the changes were due to the Federal Reserve’s interest rate hike or optimistic listing prices, but we’ll be watching the trend lines.
